Went to Rosemont to tour for my mother. We toured with [name removed] who was wonderful. You could tell she had been doing this for a long time as she knew her stuff. She was very caring and took her time explaining all our future options.

I give it a 5 star rating although as I said before it was not 5 stars for my relative who was not a good fit for Symphony manor....he went on to move to another facility...that being said symphony manor is excellent in every regard my only complaint would be room size.

The staff is amazing! The community is super clean and smells great. I hear the food is great, as they have a chef cooking, although I haven't tried it myself. The activities look great, and my aunt who usually keeps to herself, is socializing and participating in the daily activities. The room is a good size with the furniture we have in it.

My mother lives here. Everyone is so very friendly. The staff is amazing. They have lost of fun activities planned daily for all of the residents. They have weekly outings as well. My mother is very happy here and I am very happy with her living there too.

Overall, The Addison of Oviedo is a great assisted living facility. The leadership and staff are caring and genuinely try to improve when issues are brought up. They have monthly meetings with the residents and family can attend, or join via Zoom. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Activities designed for seniors abound. Considering that these places are running a restaurant, apartment complex, nursing facility, cleaning service, and entertainment, they do an excellent job overall!

My mom attended the Day Program last year at the Addison a couple days a week. She was safe and well looked after. Spending some time at the Addison I feel helped her transition into a Memory Care center full time.

[name removed] was very attentive to my Mom’s interests and needs! The place is very friendly, welcoming and clean!

My Mom has lived at Whitley Place for about 2 years. She loves the smaller size of the facility. It is basically built in a square so it doesn't matter which way she leaves her room, she can always get back. She meet and made friends faster and more easily at Whitley because it feels more like home. She may not always do all activities, but they always have plenty of fun things going on. She loves the size of her room because it is so much bigger than at her last facility. She loves the fact that staff, as well as residents know who she is, and call her by name.

Went to participate with family for an Elvis luau, food was great, music was fun and upbeat- smiles everywhere/- it was fun and staff worked hard - it was a full house, we stayed chatting in dining room until 845pm

I took a tour of the facility and decided to move to the Waterford facility. I was impressed with the facility and very impressed with the Waterford employee who conducted the tour and the employees I met while on the tour. They were very professional and informative.

I have lived here going on 3 years and am very happy. I would not consider moving . They provide Transportation , Activities (a wide variety of outings and in-house activity. Bingo 3 times a week and every other Saturday a 4th), Housekeeping (scheduled once a week and the option of having your laundry done for you or doing it yourself), Dietary (3 meals a day and snacks), Wellness (help with your medications if needed or the option of handling your own. Resident worn pendants that can summon help), Maintenance Dept and so much more. MANAGERS WHO CARE!

We were searching for a place for our mother. Tranquillity is a beautiful home. Everyone was lovely, the food looked incredible and it was very clean.

I have a family member living there. They recently had a change of ownership and the new owners have made GREAT changes. Staff is the BEST. Take care of residents like their own family because most of the staff have been there since they opened!! Let’s talk food… the food has big the biggest and best improvement. Clean and pretty building and grounds. Highly recommend!!

I've had the best experience since my mother moved in. Everyone welcomed her and she fit right in. She has more of a social life now than she's had in many years. She enjoys going on outings a few times a week as well as social events daily like cards and bingo. The people that work there are exceptional and make her feel like family.

They are doing great! They have caring people from the aides to the CEO. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one. I enjoy the activities, I have met new friends and this is a safe environment for my care.

Our Mom fell and broke a hip badly. After the surgery it was clear that Mom wouldn't be returning to her condo. At 86, and with other already existing health challenges we were caught off guard when they told us she would need 24 hr. assistance. In stepped [name removed] at the Waterford in West Bend. We had been feverishly touring places with mixed emotions and reviews. So it was a real breath of fresh air to contact her. [name removed] care and patience with us and all our questions was remarkable, thoroughly professional and so welcome. She was very concise and helped us with things we hadn't thought of.... The facility was very clean ( many we had toured smelled of urine) being a chef i checked the dining room and kitchen.... spotless. Her care has been everything they promised... warm, friendly, almost family like. From the activities to the PT staff to the nursing.... couldn't be happier.... must have been providence that they had an opening. Couldn't be happier.....

The staff are super friendly . Room is great. She is eating well & getting meds. She is happy there. If she is happy, we all happy. Easy going, friendly, mom gets to visit and make friends. Enjoy her lunch with friends.

Choosing a place for a parent is never easy, but this facility has exceeded all of our expectations. My mother moved in eight months ago and genuinely loves her life here. The building is always immaculately clean, bright, and welcoming. What stands out the most is the staff; from management down to the individual caregivers, everyone treats the residents with true kindness and respect. The activities program is outstanding and designed to include all levels of residents. My mom is always busy, smiling, and thoroughly engaged. It brings our family immense peace of mind. Thank you to the incredible team for taking such good care of her!

Value for the money, I think it's too expensive and they should have washer and dryer units and the rooms for what they're paying. However, it is right down the hall and they are doing fine with it. Overall experience has been good. Staff are friendly and the restaurant workers are wonderful. Cleanliness is excellent, and the apartments are spacious.

Enjoyed the tour as well as the admin. director. All my questions were answered. It is an excellent facility with many amenities that the residents can enjoy. There is only one aspect that I am not a fan of and that is the one time fee that is non-refundable. Otherwise everything seemed within reach - money wise, however, not sure whether or not my husband will qualify for the assisted living aspect of the facility because he will be in need of much assistance with mobility issues, getting dressed, transferring from bed to chair and chair to bed. Also, will need someone to take him to the dining room.
