I really like the way the apartments are situated and would love living there except it doesn’t fit in my budget. If did I would move there in a heartbeat.

I got a tour of much of the building and an inspection of a one bedroom apartment which was being renovated. All looked clean and maintained and the lady who took us around answered all questions or promised to find them. (She did, too.)

My mother went through a medical emergency the beginning of May and had been in the hospital and then rehab for over a month. Her dementia decline was extreme, making it necessary for her to be placed in memory care as opposed to assisted living. We found The Addison with availability and we feel like it was a definite godsend for us. The atmosphere is very warm and homie and comfortable and pleasant. I feel this is an extreme difference from where she lived previously. I am excited for her to have the opportunity to live here.

Everyone has been so helpful! I am the one who moved there. I liked it because it is all one story and it has been easy to find my way around and everyone is so helpful.

I would rate all categories a 5. We have no complaints with summit point. What we like the most about the community is The staff! Everyone is so genuinely kind. The place is extremely clean. I love how they have activities taking place all day. My mom has done really well at summit point. She is eating three meals a day and has even gained some weight!

I love it here! I don't have to feed myself, which is wonderful. After raising 6 kids, it's so nice to have that chore taken off my plate. The residents are fantastic, caring people. After my cancer diagnosis, the residents have all lifted me up in prayer and support. The Lodge is just a great place to call home!

Simply amazing tour. The environment was very friendly and informative. Walk through was very pleasant and inviting. Information provided was very helpful . Staff members were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend others who are interested to tour the facility. Really appreciate Ms. Ashley giving us the best experience and a warm welcome.

Very well organized, neat and orderly. In house physical therapy program, in house fresh food prep and variety, nice floor plan with 3 room options, all with full bathrooms and multiple outdoor patios. Marketing/Sales manager was very informative and open, answered all my questions and called me back for any follow up questions just like she said she would. Enjoyed the visit, very nice facility.

Summit Point presented a wonderful experience overall. It is very well taken care of. Management team is experienced and provides a pleasant atmosphere. One thing I did not like was the carpet flooring in the apartments. When I arrived, I could tell carpet have been removed from one of the apartments, and a new section of carpet was brought in. As we well know, it is difficult for seniors to keep carpet clean. Aesthetically and healthwise it would be so much better to have laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom. It would be so much better in keeping the area clean and bacteria free.

The Waterford was a great place ! Thank you for all your help! It was very clean and the staff were more than welcoming and friendly.

The staff always make themselves available whenever we need them. When I started to move my things into my apartment, all of the residents made me feel right at home from day one! This is a really great place, I am so happy I moved in

Our tour person was welcoming and gave a good run down of the residence. Answered our questions. She took us on the tour pointing out all the different offerings like the laundry, the movie room, library, fitness room. She introduced us to the President of the tesident counsel. She also was friendly. Went back on another day for lunch. Met other residents, all friendly and the food was very good.

I had an enjoyable visit three days in a row with my sister.[Name Removed] I came to see her from florida.She has only been there 43 weeks, but everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful and she is much better now than she's around a lot of people.She used to be a nurse.So she took on that role and was asking everyone how they are.And it's making her feel much more at home. I enjoyed seeing her interact with other people. And being so friendly, I like that. She can go outside and sit and have a nice place to be.

I could not ask for a better home for my aging brother than what we’ve discovered at Waterford. This was my first opportunity to visit him after he moved in six days ago and all the staff we passed greeted him by name and chatted with him in a way to show how much they enjoy having him as a resident. The other residents were also cheerful and kind, telling my husband and I how happy they are at Waterford. The facility is bright and clean and each resident has made their room truly look and feel like home. My brother loves the food since he’s struggled to cook for himself and had been living on canned goods prior to moving to Waterford. I cannot express my gratitude for the peace of mind I feel knowing he is not only physically safe, but is emotionally being cared for with compassion. I cannot recommend Waterford highly enough for anyone who is or who has a loved one who is aging and needs help, but wants to maintain their dignity and autonomy.

The ratio of resident in the Memory Care units to caregiver is excellent. All needs are attended to quickly and efficiently with care and respect for the resident. Meal portions are balanced without being overwhelming. The rooms are well appointed and are sized to accommodate personal touches and furnishings.

My Aunt who is the resident rates it 5 stars. The staff are all very kind and do what they can to assist my Aunt. If there have been issues, they take care of things promptly. At times, it is quite evident that there are staffing issues.

Lovely facility. Lots of staff, very kind and friendly. One of the cleanest facilities I've toured. All the residents appeared happy and well cared for.

My wife and I were very happy with this facility after our tour. We think the Wellington would meet the needs of my parents and they would feel very comfortable there. We are presently trying to convince them to tour the facility and make a decision about moving to the facility.
