Great , beautiful facility .. very warm, clean and a homey atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional . I feel my mom is very safe, well cared for with great , healthy meals served

It is a very clean place with plenty of space. The workers are very friendly. The one complaint is that when I need to leave the memory care unit it, it is difficult to find someone to unlock the door to get out in the late evenings.

The Chateau is truly one of the best senior living communities I've come across. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the facility is always beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Having seen other senior living communities, I can honestly say that The Chateau stands out. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the residents and goes the extra mile.

The environment from the time you come in the foyer through the entire facility feels like home. It’s comfort through a difficult chapter of life that we will always appreciate.

I am so pleased that my brother lives at Crownpoint. He is getting the best care. Everyone in the cafeteria, the receptionists, the therapists and his caregivers are wonderful, welcoming, people.

The staff is very caring of the residence and their needs. Visitors are made to feel welcome and the staff offers support not only to the residents but to their family as well.

Staff has been amazing. Ask to meet [name removed] . My mom was welcomed with open arms from staff and residents. Huge upgrade from last place she was at.

Very good community with really nice people. The activity department even organized a special trip just for me, my son and another resident to fulfill my dream to witness the Blue Angles fly! It was the best surprise ever! Thank you Addison for going above and beyond for us!

Residents were so sweet! Facility so kind! I would definitely love to go there again. They were not annoyingly friendly and happily let me look around and were open to any questions I had!

I volunteer here with my school every Wednesday. Everyone is so kind and it is so clean and cozy! The residents are always so sweet and thankful!

I visit Brookview Meadows twice a week and I have always had a positive experience. I am a volunteer that helps my friend's mom who has been at brookview Meadows for about a year. It's comforting to know that senors can come to a place like this that they can be safe and thrive at their own pace. There are meals, activities, transportation to the store on scheduled days as well as cleaning assistance every other week. So thankful for this facility!

We like your security system. I hope you can get it for both doors. Your staff is amazing! Maintenance has both bathroom shut down. We do not use residents bathroom so that's a little inconvenient..........

The facility was nice, warm and clean. Staff was friendly and readily answered our questions. We were shown several rooms, different types. We were told what amenities were available and the services provided. It was a pleasant tour

Recommend Addison of Gulf Breeze for older folks who might be recuperating from anytime of surgery. The atmosphere is uplifting!

Safe and clean place to live. We are blessed to have such a special place for my auntie. All the services are excellent.

My Mom moved into the Addison and we couldnt be happier. The staff are wonderful. The facility is spotless. The activities are engaging and plentiful. My Mom was very reluctant to move into senior living. Now that she is there, she has more friends and more interaction than she has had since my Dad passed 6 years ago. My wife and I visit often. We almost always end up hanging out with my Mom and her friends. We enjoy getting to know the other residents. The Addison has been a huge blessing to our family.

We reserved a side room for a birthday party for our mom who is a resident. She is turning 96. It’s nice to have a room available for 9 of us. When we left it was pitch dark out and there were no lights on the porch or in the parking lot. One of the family members missed a step leaving the porch due to darkness.

My husband has been living here for the past year and he absolutely loves it! We are very grateful to find an assistive living community like The Waterford.

We stopped in to see a loved one during lunchtime and it was so nice to see the staff being active and engaged in their jobs and loving on our loved ones while we are away.
