Brookdale

We had an excellent tour at Brookdale Mt. Lebanon, and they were my first choice. The decision was up to my loved one though. I liked that when you go in, it feels more like a hotel. It's perhaps a little less warm and inviting than the place he chose, but it’s beautiful.

They take care of a lot of little things when you move in, hanging things and putting things together. I guess maybe food could be better when it's delivered to room

We love Brookdale. Everyone is so friendly here! They watch out for my mom! They really do take good care of her. She is so satisfied overall. She gets involved in all the activities and she feels so welcome! Thank you for all you do for our family.

[name removed] is amazing. She has made everything so easy is very polite and talks very highly of her staff and Brookdale. She made us feel apart of a family.

Staff is very friendly, facility smells clean, facility is very clean, residents seem very sweet and nice.

We really liked how the residents on the memory care side seemed to be all about the same level as our loved one. When it comes to the activities they do as much as they can, they play bingo, have little programs and they take the residents outside. Based on our families experience so far we would recommend the Brookdale Kettleman Lane to other families .

We were very impressed with Brookdale. My loved one moved in and they really took great care of them, and my loved one's health improved. We already know that if my loved one needs assistance again, this is where they will go. It is an amazing place! The staff communication was great with the family. The staff overall was wonderful to work with!! The community was very responsive to the family's request in the care we wanted for our loved one. They have activities for the residents to engage with.

The food and people was good. The value for the money was good. We picked this community because we were pleased with what we saw, and it was prety close to my home.

It was good and very informative. It was nice and clean. Great dining room and nice layout of the property. Everyone was very nice.

We picked this community because, I got a good feeling on the tour of the facility. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The cost was good. They have had activities such as; Sunday church service, Willy Nelson impersonator, gospel singers, and bingo, Overall, we had a good experience with the place.

Mom didn't like it at first, but she's so happy here now.

I had an excellent tour experience with Brookdale Skyline, they were our runner up. I think this would be a really nice place for anybody's loved one to stay. The only reason we went with another facility was because they were willing to waive the community fee.

I was able to get both of my parents into this facility. I like the fact that there are nurses on the assisted living floor and also in the memory care unit during the day. They are very open door policy. In memory care her doors is open all the time and it is right across from the dining room so people come in to visit. There are some issues with transferring with hoyer, but I would tell others to just be very communicative with the nurse. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

Brookdale has been wonderful to and for my dad! It's not institutional at all and the staff has been wonderful to my dad. They are quick to respond to his every need.

Brookdale North Austin has been a calm, kind, friendly environment for my mother-in-law. They are understanding and patient with us as we navigate caring for an aging parent. There is a lot of warmth and love here, which we appreciate so much.

We picked this community because, it looked like the best one, and the staff is friendly. The communication between the staff needs to improve. It is good and clean community.

We had concerns about placing my mom but she needed to be somewhere safe. We placed her in Brookdale Wayne. And we are so pleased. She is never alone she enjoys the activities There care for her with kindness and compassion. She has her meals in the dining room and she is served as if at a restaurant She sometimes needs nursing intervention and they are on it right away I am relieved that she always gets her medication on time. Her room is always clean. The administrative staff are always available and answers any questions. So if you are in need of placement for your loved one I highly recommend Brookdale Wayne

My grandmother has been at Brookdale for 6 months and is extremely happy. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. I couldn't think of a better place. My grandmother enjoys all the social activities they have.
