The environment felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Staff were already familiar with what we were looking for when we walked in. Everything was explained clearly and up front. It never felt like a sales pitch and there was never any pressure.

All of the questions about this facility #1-#8 I would rate with a "5". I am very happy here and I so appreciate the help that "A Place For Mom" gave me in setting up tours at the various places in the area where I needed to be moving. Thank you so much! The staff is very personable and go out of their way to help you especially when you are moving in. That transition can be so trying and they're there to help with things on their end to make anything possibly easier. I've been here about 2 months and nothing has changed. The residents and staff are kind and supportive, wanting for you to fit in and be happy!

My husband and I have a Deluxe one bedroom apartment. We have gone from 1900 square-foot home to 622 ft.² apartment. We have been able to do it. Instead of selling things that we were not going to use in the apartment, we have donated them. Our apartment is cleaned each week with the bed being changed. She also dusts and cleans the floors. They washed the bed linens and all your towels. They have a laundry room that is free including the soap so that we can do our daily clothes. We are adjusting to the new dining room hours. We have three meals a day. Plus every day they have snacks laid out and fruit. Throughout the day, there are different activities, exercising, games, movies, and even a Bible study. The residence are very caring for each other. If someone doesn't show up to a meal others will call and check on them. They also have a super staff here, that make you feel welcome. If you have a problem, they listen and they try to solve it. Out of the front of the building, there is a pond with ducks geese and turtles. In the very middle of the pond is a fountain. That makes for a very relaxing place to sit and enjoy the view. Tall trees surround the area and we are back off the main road by a block. We have been here now for a little over one month and are very glad that we moved to The Waterford on Highland colony Parkway in Ridgeland Mississippi.

The nicest staff I have ever met. They are so welcoming, accommodating. and helpful. I could not be happier.

It was lunch time. And Temple Houston was only focused on that. Staff was friendly. needs a hair cut. His room smelled like dirty cloths and body oder. We spent about 40 minutes with him. Over all a nice facility. Been to visit a few times. We have played games with resident. All is good.

The staff is very friendly, attentive and caring. The facility is very clean. Room size and location is ideal for ma's needs. Meals are good. Lots of opportunity for socialization and activities. She seems to be very happy and we are relieved to know she is well cared for. Monthly price is high, but well worth it, especially since I've been able to secure additional funding for her through the VA.

Our recent experience with relocating my sister to Wellington was very positive. The management and staff have taken the time to get to know her needs, likes and dislikes, and activities she prefers. They treat her like family. Wellington is on my list of great assisted living locations.

Staff is wonderful especially [name removed]. They seem to care about the people. All rooms are a decent size with a clean bath in each room. The entire areas are clean and kept up to date. Don't know about meals cause I haven't eaten there. No complaints from my friend.

I have only seen on paper what numbers 6&7 are like but have not experienced them myself. They both seem plentiful and comprehensive. Facilities are always open and accessible, clean and spacious. The staff interact lovingly with everyone. It's a very fun and enjoyable environment.

It's been an amazing journey. They have made this experience like a family event, caring, loving, compassionate. Definitely recommend

This assisted living facility is a wonderful place overall. The property is very well maintained, clean, and provides a pleasant and comfortable environment for residents. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it truly feels like a caring community. The staff members are kind, professional, and work very hard to provide quality care and support to the residents. They clearly care about the people who live there and do their best every day. One area that could make the facility even better would be increasing staff salaries. Better pay would likely help reduce staff turnover and allow the facility to retain more experienced employees, which would benefit both the residents and the overall quality of care. Overall, this is a very good assisted living facility, and I would recommend it to families looking for a clean, caring, and pleasant place for their loved ones.

The facility is clean and pleasant, both staff and residents are friendly, compassionate, and understanding. A great place to reside and still have joy.

It was a clean and welcoming vibe. [name removed] who showed us around went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and she took her time to make sure we saw everything that they offer. All the staff was very friendly too. We have since rented an apartment and will be moving on soon.

The Ashton is a beautiful facility. It is very clean with a light and airy feeling. The staff member who gave us the tour was very helpful.

We sat down and listened to the information presented and interjected with questions and also during the tour of the facility. The tour produced more questions from me and my mom who accompanied me on the tour. Questions were answered during the tour or with a follow-up after the tour. I found the tour to be very rewarding and revealed many issues that I had with mom at home. Good job by [Name Removed] and all. We will be back.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The building is very clean. I would definitely recommend them to others who searching for a place for their loved one.

Great atmospher and pleasant staff. Everything was very clean and well presented. My friend is being very taken care of and seems to enjoy the facility. I pray I will not have to go to a facility in the future, but if I do, I believe that I would choose this facility. It is very well professional and organized. Keep up the good work. I remember when I was in home health many years ago and I had a client there and she was well taken care of also.

Good food and friendly staff. The room has a large walkin closet and bathroom which works well. Lots of activities to keep my wife busy while I am working.

I am looking for a new living space for my brother who is 93 years old, lives in St. Michael,MN , and within the past month lost his wife. Rose Arbor is only about five blocks from where I live. He won't be driving any more, so my distance to him is very important. He is able to live independent at this time. I believe he would enjoy being in the company of others as he has no trouble conversing with others.

Chose Laurelwoods because it is close to me, had amenities my mother wanted, and was smaller than her previous facility. I will recommend your service because it helped me make an important decision, saving me many, many hours researching and visiting facilities near me.
