Our experience with Sunshine Care has been a very good one. You can tell that the staff really get it here. They understand the sort of help that seniors need and how best to provide it. They take great care of each and every one of their residents, and know how to keep them comfortable and happy.

We’re very pleased. My loved one is very happy there. She feels she’s getting good food. She’s happy and she’s pretty independent. They hold her food if she doesn’t get there right on time. She can rewarm it up herself too. It’s flexible and a good fit for her.

It’s a garden fill – at the center of it. When they get worse, they move to a different building, so residents can age in place. They are very caring, a very concerned staff. There has always been enough parking when I visit.

The set up was really nice. I really liked the staff. The team running the activities seemed to be really on top of what they were doing. We went with a different community only because they offered some care services that we needed.

Very nice and appear attentive to the needs of the elderly. like the idea of one price and care being all inclusive. appears to understand dementia patients have good days and bad days. Still a little pricing for what we are needing.

Pacifica Senior living is a super place to put a loved one. The staff is very courteous, caring and professional when it comes to personal care. Very willing to help wherever needed and will go beyond the call of duty if needed. My mother would still be there if she wasn't in long term care.

I'm just going on the part my wife is in. It's very clean what I have been in. I've been in the games room and that's clean. I think the cost is fairly reasonable with what the other places I've checked out. We have a fixed amount. The only extra thing I pay for is the medication management. Other than it's about the same price as the others so overall it's not too bad. The activities, they say they do as much as the can. My wife has dementia so it's hard to nail down which activities they're actually having without being there all the time. If they don't want to do it they don't force them to do it. I'd like to see a bit more in the exercise section. They really needed exercises every day, I think. It really depend on the people I guess but in my wife's case she could do exercises. I like that they use a lot of their own produce in their kitchens from their vegetable garden. Where my wife is, is quite good. It's very good in fact.

We chose this community because the location was very convenient for our family. The prices they offered were very affordable and comparable to other communities in the area. Sierra Vista was able to provide all the amenities we were looking for when looking for a community. We are pleased with Sierra Vista and what they have been able to offer.

It is different than a lot of other places I saw. My mother has her own room in a ranch-style home with 6 other women and a caregiver that lives there 24 hours a day. I like it because it's more like being in your own house than being in a facility-type place. It's expensive but a lot of these places are expensive. The residents get breakfast, lunch, and dinner but it's not like they can go into the fridge any time they want - they can't. There are a lot of activities but my mother doesn't take advantage them. I wish they could make it a little more personalized that way - if you're not going to take advantage of the activites then you could pay less. It's a beautiful place on 72 acres with ranch homes and two building-like facilities there. If you want a more normal, home-like experience for your parent or relative, this is the place to be.

I think this is the best place so far for my mother. Although they are oriented to memory care which isn't an issue for her. Have nice-sized rooms. The grounds are lovely, the people very friendly. Several different levels of care available, although when it steps up, there might be only divided semi private rooms available. Cost $4950.

[name removed] is an outstanding manager. [name removed] goes over and above everything that is asked of her. And [name removed], the receptionist, is always courteous and more than helpful when I show up. My loved one seems happy with the meals, and there are always activities going on. I'm thoroughly pleased.

I would tell others that it is not a huge care facility, it is a smaller facility and so the staff knew all of the residents, we were able to get more personalized care. The grounds are beautiful and the room he had was really nice and well furnished. They did happy hours every Friday for the residents and they would serve beverages and had karaoke and the staff got involved in it as well. They have converted one of the rec rooms upstairs into a dining room so the people who have mobility issues have a place to eat and don't have to try and get downstairs. My loved one was only here 9 days and we wish he would have been here longer because we think he would have really enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend Crescendo to others looking.

The proximity of Crescendo Senior Living to our family is one of the main things that drew us here. I think the one thing that I have found that really impresses me is that the staff seem to be able to find a place for the people who want to do things. For example they have a resident who likes to garden so he helps tend to the garden, another gal helps with the arts and crafts, another guy is on the resident committee board. etc. They find a nitch for people if they want to participate. I would absolutely recommend them.

We were really pleased because the staff was loving and caring. We felt the community did everything with our loved one. I wish we could have done window visits to help our loved one. The community helped our mom and family. They were friendly. The communication with the staff was excellent. If we had questions we could call the administrative team, director of nursing, or nurses and they would get back to us with any answers we needed

Trying to find an Assisted Living facility you can trust that will take good care of your loved one during the pandemic has been the most stressful time in my life. Fortunately during my search, I stumbled upon Crescendo. During my first phone call, this sounded like the perfect place, which made me nervous, was it too good to be true? I took the chance and so happy I did! From the very first call, Alea was the calm presence I so desperately needed. She answered my endless questions (even at night and on the weekends) and truly went above and beyond, and for that I will be forever grateful. My Mom needed so much care and I thought I covered it all prior to move in, but as each new concern came up, a solution was quickly found. What I have appreciated the most is their attentiveness. After having dealt with two skilled nursing facilities, Crescendo was like the sun breaking through the dark clouds. The vibe is upbeat and the grounds and courtyard are so welcoming, you will want to hang out there it is so peaceful, which has given my Mom hope and she is happy.

I’m very grateful/thankful for the Director & staff at VC for taking good care of my Auntie. They are very attentive to her needs and observant of her demeanor etc... daily. The week of Mother’s Day I spoke with the nurse, director and staff members over the phone (I live in TX) regarding my Auntie not being her “normal” self. On Mother’s Day 2020 My Auntie was taken to the ER and admitted in ICU, she was having a TIA (mini strokes) if it wasn’t for there attention and observation along with action, I don’t know if I’d be writing this. I am beyond grateful to them all! My Auntie is back at the facility smiling & giggling being her “new normal” self. Alzheimer’s is a horrible disease and as my Auntie progresses down that path I am thankful that she is with people who are not there to just do a job, but are there because they care for others & they show Love & Kindness to those like my Auntie??
