I really liked this community, however, I thought the size of the community was a little too large and he would get lost. I felt the management of the community was a little better than others we had toured. The community was nice very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very nice

I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have been very kind to her and patient with her needs considering has some memory loss. She has had a healthy appetite and is eating the meals they provide her throughout the day. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I am comfortable with the care mom has been receiving.

My mother is doing well with her move to this community. She is being provide with great care, and I'am comfortable with her move here. The staff is great, and have been good to work with. The community is well-kept when I come to visit. Everything has worked out very well for us in this community.

I toured this community for my mom's needs. the staff were nice and helped me with finding a place for my mom's care. they were nice and the community was clean and maintained. The menu seemed appealing. We would suggest a tour for families for the care of a loved one

Staff was friendly and appeared to be engaged with the residents on the memory care unit. The staff had some difficulty in being able to provide a copy of the monthly menus.

When I toured Sunlit Gardens, I thought it was a nice and clean community. The people there were very kind and informative. It was just not what we were looking for.

My mom is good staying at this community to get the care that she needs. The meals she eats has been okay and she has not tried the activities yet. At times it is hard for her to communicate with the staff because of her language but they have found someone who can help with the translation. Her room smells like stinky feet and it is just a little bit. The rest of the community is clean.

The staff were nice and very caring to our needs. They were able to answer my questions on the care that he would receive. They do offer a lot of activities and the community is very clean My father would have liked this community and families might want to tour the community for the care of a loved one.

Everything working out very well for my father at this community. I'am very pleased with his move to this community. It is a great place. They do a very good job with the cleanliness. The staff is very helpful. Everything has worked out well so far.

My husband has had no complaints since making the move into this community. The staff have done a great job at making sure he is comfortable and feels safe in his new living environment. He seems to be liking the food they serve as well as the different activities they have available to the residents throughout the day. We are making the best of our situation and are thankful for the services this place has provided him.

I toured this community. I did not want a feeling of a nursing home feeling for my mom. I did like the staff who were able to answer my questions. We did not want long stay for mom just while she recovered. I would recommend families to check out this nice community to see if it is what they are looking for when it comes to a family member.

It is going good, my only complaint is that I need to be told when the medication is low, it is not easy if I am told at the last minute. The benefit is my dad is safe and I have no concerns about his safety. My dad likes the food and has been happy with the meals.

Sierra Vista has a very nice community. The staff was helpful in answering my questions except for the Director. When I called I never got a call back. The community does offer different activities for my loved one to participate in.

The problem that I had was that when different people take over the shifts, instead of reading about the resident, they call and ask you questions that are on his chart and it is kind of scary. That is the only thing, just better organization. Other than that, the place is nice and they do try to include the residents in activities and it is better than the place he was at before.

I think that overall, the experience was very good. All of the staff members were wonderful in helping us out. The head nurse was very good and providing me with good information as far as what the facility had to offer and assisting us with hospice. They could definitely improve on their laundry services.

I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because temperature control in my moms room is on the same thermostat as 3 other rooms so the temperature is never consistent and we often have to ask them to make adjustments when it gets too hot or cold.

Meridian Gardens of Riverside did really well getting my mom in. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Mom was well cared for overall. She was dehydrated at one point, but I do not think that was their fault. The people there are really good people. All the people that I met when I was there on a tour and when I have visited mom really seem to know what they're doing and are very courteous.

This was our second choice. We really liked it, it was very nice. There were a few things we didn't like as much. The rooms were outside, and I was worried that she would wander. The staff had cameras and stuff so they could monitor them, but I just didn't feel it was very secure. Once they were in the main room the doors were alarmed but they could still slip out with someone. I did like the location though.

This is one of the places we toured as we have been looking around. I liked them the best of all the places we have seen. It looks like this will be the best fit for us in the future.
