Great atmospher and pleasant staff. Everything was very clean and well presented. My friend is being very taken care of and seems to enjoy the facility. I pray I will not have to go to a facility in the future, but if I do, I believe that I would choose this facility. It is very well professional and organized. Keep up the good work. I remember when I was in home health many years ago and I had a client there and she was well taken care of also.

Good food and friendly staff. The room has a large walkin closet and bathroom which works well. Lots of activities to keep my wife busy while I am working.

I am looking for a new living space for my brother who is 93 years old, lives in St. Michael,MN , and within the past month lost his wife. Rose Arbor is only about five blocks from where I live. He won't be driving any more, so my distance to him is very important. He is able to live independent at this time. I believe he would enjoy being in the company of others as he has no trouble conversing with others.

Chose Laurelwoods because it is close to me, had amenities my mother wanted, and was smaller than her previous facility. I will recommend your service because it helped me make an important decision, saving me many, many hours researching and visiting facilities near me.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The place clean and filled with a variety of beautiful art. There are frequent activities throughout the day. My Mom enjoys being there. She is eating well. And since they are bringing her medications, Mom is taking them consistently again. She is feeling better and more active than she has been for some time.

Their staff is very attentive in carrying. The administration has good communication and my dad seems to be really happy there. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The staff was generally very helpful with the move-in process and getting orientated to the facility. It’s been less than a week already, but seems to be going very well. I’m looking forward to visiting often and getting my father-in-law involved in some of the activities.

My uncle has been at this facility a few years now. I visit him often and have come to know his friends and the staff. The staff are amazing, they treat him and the other residents, truly like family. They joke and tease with them, laughing and making the moments special and silly all at the same time. The kitchen staff know his preferences and make sure he has something that he likes and will eat at every meal. I can’t say enough good things about them. The front desk people recognize me and know who I’m there to visit-every time. I love how happy they make my uncle. Great facility, great people.

I met my friend with my dog as a companion to visit a resident. I was glad he was being taken care of in a safe and friendly facility. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility appeared well maintained and clean.

Very nice facility, very nice staff. This was our last tour after touring several other facilities. I guess you can say the best was saved for last. We came in at the right time and were able to acquire the perfect accommodation, Which will make a huge difference for the transition. The staff has been very accommodating and that means so much! Great location for us also! Highly recommend!

I recently visited my grandmother here and was blown away by the facility!! The staff was welcoming and the meal I had with my Grammies was delicious! The facility was so clean and inviting!! I’m looking forward to visiting again and again!!

I’ve been here for about three years or so. Every time I came to visit them out of town I’m so happy that he lives at West Pine. He couldn’t have found a nice place to move to. Facility looks like brand new staff is so friendly and warm food is great and my dad is happy there. Thank you for all you do. It’s good knowing he is in a great place to call home.

My husband and I visited both of his sisters and our brother in law. We brought lunch in and the staff was so accommodating. We had a wonderful visit. The facility was very clean. No odors. The staff was so nice and helpful. A great place for your loved ones!!!!

If you have a love one that needs care, this is the place to let your love one would enjoy. Many activities, wonderful meals, extremely clean, and nice accommodations. The staff front the front desk to the kitchen crew are so nice.

I love everything about Whispering Pines. The sense of knowing my grandmother is OK when I cannot be there is just weight lifted off my chest. Domenica, Cara, Landry, Cassie, Chris, Hailee, and Beth make her so beyond happy! She absolutely loves being there and having such amazing people that just go out of their way to make sure she is OK and taken care of. I’m so glad we chose a place with such wonderful employees that truly care about my grandmother. My grandmother loves it there as well thank you so much for providing her a home with such a tender love, joy and care. I am forever thankful for all of you.
