I love everything about Whispering Pines. The sense of knowing my grandmother is OK when I cannot be there is just weight lifted off my chest. Domenica, Cara, Landry, Cassie, Chris, Hailee, and Beth make her so beyond happy! She absolutely loves being there and having such amazing people that just go out of their way to make sure she is OK and taken care of. I’m so glad we chose a place with such wonderful employees that truly care about my grandmother. My grandmother loves it there as well thank you so much for providing her a home with such a tender love, joy and care. I am forever thankful for all of you.

We chose The Ashton for my sister! It’s a beautiful facility but more importantly an experienced, caring, and friendly staff to care for her. We are grateful for all they do for our sister! Our family can visits daily.

I have been extremely impressed by how much the staff truly cares about the residents. They have all gone above and beyond to help my mom feel welcome. They really do go out of their way to serve the residents. My mom and I both feel extremely blessed to have found The Waterford at Baytown. It has given me great peace of mind as I work full time and I know she is safe and well taken care of. (My mom also loved the food.)

Very friendly atmosphere staff and your residents. Facility was very clean and welcoming. Activities were taking place in the dining room and the residents were enjoying it. The resident I was visiting was smiling and looked rested and comfortable.

I love the location of the property. It has a wildlife area and pond in its backyard. I love that I am allowed to bring my 2 cats with me to live in this home! Everyone was very friendly. And knowing that I can have a van take me shopping and around in the area is a real plus. Still searching for my next home…but, this was a great place.

Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and smiling folks.. place was clean, and accommodated us in getting furniture move in apt for mother.

The staff is wonderful. A very large staff, so there's always several people around at all times to help. The staff is very gentle and nurturing. The in house physical therapy staff is excellent. They provide one on one therapy as well as group activities. The "social director",[Name Removed] is fantastic. Each day there are several games and activities to choose from. The food is prepared well by the chef with delicious homemade soups every day. The decor is beautiful and very clean. It's similar to a boutique hotel lobby in the foyer. There are wonderful outdoor areas to relax in. My mother, and myself and husband are extremely pleased.

Residents seem pretty happy. Health Care Response time for residents is around 10 minutes or less. Residents seem very happy about the care they get and the speed with which their calls are answered. Residents seem to love the food. Ice Cream is a big deal here. Residents feel safe and trust their Medical professionals-many on site. All acknowledging us with a smile or friendly Hello. Our tour guide was prepared for us and had a written info packet ready for us. Parking was ample.

Great facility. Beautiful apartments and beautiful facility overall. I toured with my parents who are actually going to go ahead and move in there. Biggest drawback is no washer and dryer in the independent living apartments. They have to go down the hall to do laundry.

Bridget was very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions on Zoom and then walked me around the facility. She introduced me to several people who worked there and everyone was gracious and friendly. When my Mom is ready, this will be one of favorites.

I loved the atmosphere, the apartments, the amenities. It was a really wonderful facility! I put a deposit down to get in their wait list and my fingers are crossed!

Excellent communication with personnel and explanations on questions answered promptly. Great folks are friendly, helpful and smiling.

Was greeted better than i ever had been. Showed a beautiful property and felt very peaceful and relaxed. No negativity.

Very nice place, and clean too. The staff seem very friendly and polite. I wouldn't mind living here for the rest of my life.

Pleasant location- peaceful trails in the back with a pond, in the front, close access to Walgreens, restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. The staff is great and gets to know the residents. The residents form a community but also respect privacy for those a little more introverted. Fun activities and group gatherings. The food service is great. Just a friendly, caring community.

My mom loves it there she was at mission ridge which was great but this place just has the homey feel and she has joined in games and workouts never felt comfortable over at mission riidge to join in!

I keep busey with activities. We just went to the Twins game! Love outings. Enjoys sharing with other residents. I enjoy the food but it is too much. I love the people who live here and work here. The staff is so nice!

I have worked at many of these type of facilities as a nurse and have also had to place my parents in one before they passed. I have not been to Amberleigh often but yesterday, the staff that was on in the afternoon were very friendly and helpful. Unlike many of my experiences elsewhere. I wish I knew their names, they deserve recognition. Thank you.

Looking for my mom a place and this one was probably the nicest with everything my mom would love! The staff was so amazing and helpful with all our questions. The room size was perfect and the food smelt really good too.
